Identity Information: Full name participant.
Contact Details: Email address and phone number(For Sending Reports and Connect
During Counseling).
Demographic Data: Age of the teenager or child (to ensure they are placed in the correct
age-appropriate program).
Protection of Minors
As our work focuses on Children and Teenagers, we handle all data with extra sensitivity. All
data will be confidential .When you log in, we will also set up several cooies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
