Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Society Of Roots, we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship, counseling, and
Skilled training for special needs children and adolescents. Because our services involve
significant preparation, expert time allocation, and personalized resources, we maintain a
strict policy regarding payments and refunds.

Service Charges & Payments

All payments for our services—including Counseling Sessions, Self-Confidence Programs,
Job Skills Training, and Parenting Support Activities—are processed securely through the
Razorpay payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the terms provided by both
Society Of Roots and the payment processor.

No-Refund Policy

Please note that all fees paid for our services are Non-Refundable.
Counseling Services: Once a counseling session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be
issued, regardless of whether the session is attended.
Training Programs: Fees for long-term programs (Confidence building, Job skills, etc.) are
non-refundable once the enrollment is confirmed or the program has commenced.
Resource Allocation: Our team begins working on the assessment and goal-setting modules
immediately upon registration; therefore, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind or
personal circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy (Optional but Recommended)

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that emergencies happen.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled counseling session, you must inform us at least 24
hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our experts and is at the sole discretion of the
Society Of Roots management.

Cancellation by Society Of Roots

In the rare event that Society Of Roots has to cancel a program or a session due to
unforeseen technical issues or expert unavailability, we will:
Offer an alternative date/time for the service.
If an alternative is not possible, a credit note or a refund may be processed at our discretion.

Payment Failures

If your transaction fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the refund is typically
processed by Razor pay or your bank within 5–7 working days. Society Of Roots is not
responsible for gateway-level technical delays.
